Allele in TNT's Nightmares & Dreamscapes!!Tuesday May 16, 2006
Cable network TNT has tapped Allele's upcoming second single "Stitches" for use in the  promotion of their Stephen King short story adaptations, Nightmares & Dreamscapes, an 8 episode mini-series premiering Wed, July 12th. Listen/watch for "Stitches" in upcoming national TV and Radio spots running from May-July.

Turner Network Television (TNT), which scored big last year with the adaptation of Stephen King's Salem's Lot, is scaring up a top notch cast for its latest venture into King territory, NIGHTMARES & DREAMSCAPES: FROM THE STORIES OF STEPHEN KING.

This anthology series of eight one-hour episodes adapted from King's short stories will feature such notable performers as Emmywinner and Oscar® nominee William H. Macy(Fargo, TNT's Door to Door and The Wool Cap) and Jacqueline McKenzie (The 4400, Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood), who star in Umney's Last Case; Emmy winner Kim Delaney (NYPD Blue, CSI: Miami) and Steven Weber (The Shining, Wings), who star in You Know They Got a Hell of a Band; Samantha Mathis (TNT's The Mists of Avalon and Salem's Lot) and Jeremy Sisto (Six Feet Under, TNT's Julius Caesar), who headline The Fifth Quarter; Golden Globe nominee Ron Livingston (Band of Brothers, The Cooler) and Golden Globe nominee Henry Thomas (E. T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Legends of the Fall), who star in The End of the Whole Mess;

Oscar® nominee Tom Berenger(Platoon, TNT's Into the West) and Oscar® nominee and Golden Globe winner Marsha Mason (The Goodbye Girl, Frasier), who star in The Road Virus Heads North; and Oscar® winner William Hurt (Kiss of the Spider Woman, The Village), who headlines Battleground.

Allele Cancellations, PLEASE READ!Thursday April 20, 2006
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Allele is having to reschedule their previously reported Northwest dates, as well as dropping off of the last few dates of the Switched tour. (affected dates are all dates after this Saturday in Beaumont, TX) Vocalist Wally Wood says, "We wholeheartedly apologize to our family in both the Northwest and Ohio who were planning to come out to these shows, as it is circumstances way beyond our control. As i'm sure it is with anyone in any band, it breaks my heart to cancel shows, but in the long run it will definitely be for the best. We WILL be back through to make them up in June, after a few dates in the South with AM Conspiracy (featuring Jason "Gong" Jones, ex-Drowning Pool) and a quick Midwest stint with SOIL in late May. Stay tuned for more details, and we'll see you VERY soon."

You can still catch Switched/Allele tonight (4/20) at the GALAXY CLUB in Dallas, TX, Friday night (4/21) at FITZGERALD'S in Houston, and Saturday night (4/22) in Beaumont, TX at ANTONE's with STALEMIND.
